You can return your necklace within ten days of arrival, only if your product is damaged. We pour, pull, ink and inspect each dice by hand, before we put a chain on them. Due to the handmade nature, there are bound to be slight scuff marks, sanding lines, and variations. You will need to send a photo to wellmet@thegrinningkitten.com and include your name and invoice number. Please pack your returns in the original box. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited. We do not refund shipping charges on return items.
